Adamawa State High Court of Justice has restrained Samaila Tadawus, from parading himself as APC Chairman in the State until the determination of the suit filed before it by Ibrahim Bilal.
Justice Musa Usman, who issued the order on Thursday, restrained Tadawus, or any other person from parading himself as the leader of the party pending the determination of the matter.
Newsmen gathered that the motion ex-parte was brought before the court by Ever Odo, Aji Kamale, Hassan Maidawa and A S of Augustine, Counsels to the Plaintiff, Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal.
The embattled Bilal in suit no HC/ADSY/143/2022, joined Samaila, APC and 13 others in the matter as respondents.
The court however adjourned the case to the 14th September, 2022 for hearing of the motion on notice
