Pastors in Bwatye Nation have moved for translation of the Holy Bible in the local Bwatye Language for propagating the Gospel of Christ in rural areas.
The Pastors had at the summit in Yola Noted that the effort would serve as the only way for unity and prevent the Language from shrinking.
At the summit, the consultant Reverend Gareth Mort from Summer Institute of Languages Jos, Plateau State noted that translation of the Holy Bible in Basapwa language is significant to propagate the gospel.
Reverend Mort noted that this was the first step that was taken by the Bwatye Nation to translate the Holy Book, tasked them to collaborate and achieve the assignment.
Speaking, the chairman Bwatye/Bata translation and Language Development Association, Reverend Christopher Busari noted with concern the dying of language at the present generation, noting that the association would step into an effort of promoting the Bwatye dialect at the Grassroots level.

Participants include, Reverend Paul Valdon from LCCN Koh, Pastor Penuel Enoch from Christ Apostolic Church Yola and Pastor Omisson Lazarus of LCCN Fufore both expressed optimism that this would go along way to ensure unity among Bwatye People across the Globe.
The summit discussed and proffered solutions on the best way for propagating the Gospel as well as smooth translation of the Holy Bible to its target Audience.
