NAS FM Yola Founder Dr. Mahmud Halilu Ahmed Condoles with Family of Late District Head Babayola

The founder of NAS FM Yola and Mubi and Sarki Gabas Adamawa, Dr. Mahmud Halilu Ahmed mni, has condole with the family of late former district head of Girei, Alhaji Babayola Mustafa who passed on Wednesday the 6th of June, 2024.

A condolence letter signed by NAS board chairman, Alhaji Ya’u Umar Babayi, the founder described the late monarch as a father, a leader and above all an icon of unity.

Dr Mahmud Halilu mni said the demise of the royal father will no doubt create a vacuum that will hardly be filled in the near future.

He said the death is not a loss to only his family or Adamawa emirate council but to the entire state and the nation in general.

The founder therefore prayed for the repose of soul of the deceased and to his family and indeed the state the fortitude to bear the loss.

The royal father, Alhaji Babayola Mustafa the younger brother to late Lamido Aliyu Mustafa died at the age of one hundred and three after a protracted illness.
