The Adamawa State Independent Electoral Commission has announced restriction of vehicular and other activities during the conduct of the local councils election comes Saturday 13th July 2024.
The Permanent Secretary of the commission, Alhaji Muhammed Tukur who conveyed the State Government directive to newsmen in Yola, said motor parks, recreation centres, markets are to remain closed from 8am to 3pm except those on essential services.
The Statement therefore urged the security operatives to ensure full enforcement of the directive.
