Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State,states that, the Northeast Governors forum has significantly altered the trajectory since its establishment, garnering crucial attention for the region.
Governor Fintiri highlighted the significance that since inception, the Northeastern states have successfully overcome the challenges posed by insurgency, leading to the restoration of peace and stability in the region.
Meanwhile,The governors from the northeastern states of Nigeria have committed to collaborating with Shanghai Electric for the establishment of either a 60 MW Coal Power Plant or a 50 MW Solar Power Plant in each state within the region.
