Adamawa state government says it will not rest it guards in ensuring equity and impartiality among its people.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri disclosed this during a visit by the Chairman Christian Pilgrims Commission, Stephen Adegbite, at the government house Yola.
According to the governor,the state concern is collective progress and development irrespective of tribe or faith.
Fintiri assures the team of the necessary support for hitch free exercise.
He further revealed that the state Pilgrim’s Committee will soon be inaugurated to fast-track activities to the holy land.
The Chairman,Christian Pilgrims Commission, Stephen Adegbite highlights achievements recorded by the Fintiri administration as reference of good account and believe the state government can be a reliable force for the Christian communities.
He equally commends justice in choosing the beneficiaries and pleads for more support from the state government.
The national team was in the state to screen participants of this year’s Christian pilgrimage to the holy land.
