Criminal Court in Yola adjourned case of rape involving Elderly and Minor

 

Justice Nuhu Musa Garta of Criminal Court, Yola Town adjourns a case between one Dahiru Abdullahi Nyaya of Bakari Mbamoi ward of Yola South and a minor over alleged raping.

The adjournment to July 18^th followed a plea to have a background knowledge on the case by Barrister L.M Dodo of Female Lawyers Association in the state.

The case was filed before the court on the 29^th of June, 2022.
