Police Community Relations Committee inaugurated election panel in Adamawa.

The Police Community Relations Committee has inaugurated a Seven Man caretaker committee to conduct elections in Adamawa State.

The committee is with the mandate for the strategy of conducting election into the voluntary organisation for the twenty three positions.

The 7 Man caretaker committee of Police Community Relation Committee were given a time frame of three months to conduct election for the organisation.

Zonal Chairman comprised of Adamawa and Taraba States, Chief Simon Yakubu encouraged the members of the committee to collaborate and assist the police to fight criminal activities to enable citizens sleep with their two-eye close.

In his Addressed, the National Vice chairman Northeast, Mr. Attah Mustapha emphasize that every card carrying member of the Police Community Relation Committee is entitled to contest for the election coming in the next three months.

Commissioner of Police, Afolabi Babatola, represented by DC Administration Modi Jonathan Fili’a commended the Police Community Relation Committee for the synergy, encouraging them the partnership would continue to exist to achieve a common goal.

Chairman of the caretaker committee, Ismaila Maikyau on behalf of his team promised to carry out assignments diligently.

There were Goodwill messages from various Stakeholders in Clude, commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp, Representative of Lamido Adamawa among others at the event.
