The Adamawa State House of Assembly has passed a bill for a law to establish the State transport Board 2024.
Similarly, the House passed a bill for a law to harmonize the allowances of local government finance officers with their State counterparts.
Majority leader of the house, Kate Raymond Mamuno who sponsored the bills moved the motion separately at the floor of the house during Monday plenary and was seconded by Members representing Michika and Maiha Constituencies respectively.
Shortly after reading the bills, the speaker Bathiya Wesley directed the clerk of the house to prepare a clean copies for Governors’ Assents.
