Women APC members in Numan LG staged protest against legal action stopping Binani as Falgbearer of APC

Women APC members and supporters in Numan local Government staged a rally and displayed dismay over the Federal Hight Court judgement which stoped Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani from being the Party’s Governorship candidate pending appeal.

The women said All Progressives Congress APC had a free and fair primary election by which Binani emerged the APC Flag bearer for the 2023 Governorship election in Adamawa state.

The female APC member and supporters in Numan were changing no Binani no election for them in the 2023 Governorship election in Adamawa state.

Leader of the women protesters in Numan at the APC local Government Secretariat told the party executives to do everything lawful to ensure Binani is back as APC Flag bearer in Adamawa.

Chairman All Progressives Congress in Numan Nikashi Mariƙo said the party executives had already met and agreed on going to the Court of Appeal to seek redress.

Nikashi Mariƙo assured the women APC supporters in Numan of victory at the appeal Court and in the 2023 Governorship election in Adamawa state.

A Federal High Court in Yola last Friday, voided the APC Governorship Primary election in Adamawa and gave two weeks for appeal thereby declared that APC has no candidate in the Governorship election.
