Federal High Court sitting in Yola has nullify the election of Rt. Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas as candidate for Adamawa Central Senatorial District under the umbrella of People Democratic Party in 2023 election.
The Court presided by Justice Abdul-aziz Anka delivered the judgement at the court that the People’s Democratic party in the Adamawa Central would not have a candidate in the election.
