JIBWIS Imams in Adamawa Prays for peaceful conduct of 2023 election

Imams of Jama’atul Izalatul Bidi’a Wa’eqamatus Sunnah, in Adamawa State has converge in Yola, to discussed on issues concerning the forthcoming 2023 general elections and to pray for Peaceful coexistence in Nigeria

As 2023 general elections in Nigeria is around the corner difference religions organizations are organizing a gatherings to pray for Peaceful elections in Nigeria.

To this end the representative Imams of JIBWIS from each local government of Adamawa State had a meet in Yola with a view to pray for Peaceful elections and returning of peace in Nigeria.

 

The Chairman of the gathering Imam Salihu Umar, who’s double as chief Imam of Demsawo in Yola North local government, says the reason behind their gathering is to sensitize the Imams on how to enlight the Muslim umma on the importance of collection of their votes card ahead of 2023 general elections.

Imam Salihu, cautious the aspirants who are vying different positions   to focus on issues base campaign rather than hate speeches.

The chief Imam of Demsawo, also urged the Youth to shun political thugry during and after 2023 general elections.

At the end of the meeting special prayers was offered for the returning of peace in Nigeria.
