Hitch-Free Elections with Low Turnout in Yola South and Demsa LGs

In a different situation, NAS FM reporter Mubarak Aliyu Sabo Yaro reports from Yola South Local Government that there was a low turnout in some polling units visited.

 

According to the report, only a few voters were seen at Central Primary School Ngurore and Viewing Center Unit 17 Ngurore exercising their franchise.

Mubarak further reports that the election started as early as 8:00 a.m. and was hitch-free, with no violence.

Similarly, the situation was the same in Demsa Local Government.

Some voters who spoke to NAS FM expressed satisfaction with the exercise.

Those were the voices of some voters commenting on the conduct of the local government election in the state.
