The Eleven Councillors in Fufore Local Government have passed a vote of confidence and award to the leadership of Chairman, Alhaji Usman Hamman’ Tukur Daware at the council chambers.
Leader of the Council, Garba Muhammed said this followed the cordial relationship that exists between the legislative and the executive in the local government area.
Leader of Fufore Legislative Council, Garba Muhammed had at the plenary said the vote of confidence and award presented to the chairman was base on developmental drives in the local government.
According to him, the chairman had in last two years in administration delivered people oriented programmes and employment opportunities for the teaming youth and women.
Garba Muhammed who is also councillor representing Fufore Ward at the legislative chamber described as cordial the relationship between the chairman and the entire councillors.
Responding, the chairman of Fufore Local Government Council, Alhaji Usman Hamman’ Tukur Daware lauded the council’s for giving him such recognition.
He noted that the passing of vote of confidence clearly shows the best relationship between the executive and the legislative in the local government area.
Alhaji Usman Hamman’ Tukur Daware also commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the full autonomy to local government areas in Adamawa State.
At the end of the sitting, both the executive and legislative of Fufore Local Government area pledged to work in Synergy for the growth and development.
