Christians have been urged to assist needy to reflect lessons of Easter.
This was disclosed by Rev Ezekiel Illiya Baidu the resident pastor of EYN Church federal housing in an exclusive interview with Nas FM reporter.
Rev Ezekiel Illiya Baidu said Easter is a cardinal thing in the life of Christians because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The cleric calls on Christians to go and preach the message of victory and pass the valuable lessons they have learned especially the spirit of brotherliness.
He narrates that the resurrection of Jesus Christ has given Christians light,hope and life.Also urge Christians to preach love and peace and also reflect on the sufferings of Jesus Christ.
The pastor express the significance of the sacrifice by Jesus Christ, noting the burden of the cross of calvery he shouldred as reflection of the habit of brotherkeepers amongst the Christians.
Lastly, he calls on Christians to go out to the world and preach the good news of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and maintain peace and harmony in all ramifications of life.
