Following the Supreme Court judgement that affirmed the victory of Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri as the duly elected Governor of Adamawa state, the governor is set to make a statewide broadcast.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Humwashi Wunosikou, who confirmed the development to our Government House Correspondent, Zakariya Aliyu Gwaram, said that the Governor’s statewide broadcast to the citizens of the state would be delivered at 6:00 pm today.
Mr. Wonosikou indicates that the broadcast is not unconnected to Governor Fintiri’s determination and assurance for the provision of dividends of democracy to the indigenes of the state, as well as the protection of public interest, lives, and properties.
Mr. Wonosikou adviced people of Adamawa to listen to Nas FM Yola at 6:00pm and other electronic media in the state for the broadcast.
