Adamawa State Governor Welcomes First Class Emirs, Religious Leaders, and Chiefs in Congratulatory visit.

Within the week,Adamawa state governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri played host to Adamawa first class Emirs and chiefs, Muslims Council leadership and Gongola Baptist Conference on congratulatory visit at the government house, Yola

The Governor had while engaging the stakeholders expressed hope that the tribunal victory presents opportunity to convince those yet to join the fresh air train through development initiatives carried out and on-going.

Fintiri,appreciated contribution of the traditional leaders and further asked them to ensure hitch free 2023 harvest season and promote mutual understanding between farmers and herders in the state.

In his remark during the visit, Emir of Mubi, Alhaji Abubakar Isa Ahmadu who led the traditional leaders restated their loyalty and prayed to God to guide Governor Fintiri in the second tenure.

Similarly, speaking to Muslim Council delegation, Governor Fintiri asked them for constructive advice on other effective measures to cushion the effect of the current hardships people are passing through due to fuel subsidy removal.

Responding, the Chairman of the Muslim council, Malam Gambo Jika said the verdict represent public interest.

In addition, Governor Umaru Fintiri while appreciating another delegation,Gongola Baptist Conference for the solidarity said, the victory is God given opportunity for him to serve the people of the state,saying he will give all it takes to make Adamawa better.

Chairman of the Baptist Conference Reverend Doctor Joel Manzo said Gongola Baptist Conference is proud to identify with the millions of people who are praising God for what the governor has done and is still doing for the state. Calling on the governor to imbibe a mental attitude of more goodness-disposition for the sake of unity that can patently dispel hatred and separation amongst faiths and ethno linguistics salad Adamawa is blessed with.
