The Society of Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB) Adamawa State Chapter, has during its State council meeting held on Saturday at Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Yola, nominates three of its members to spearhead the helm of affairs of the organization pending when the members of the organization will be fully inducted into the main body.
Those nominated are Mohammed Saidu of Kaftan TV, as the State protem Chairman and Jacob Joseph Kwaya of NAS FM is to serve as the secretary.
Blessing Tunoh, of Yola Electricity Distribution Company (YEDC),was also nominated as the treasurer of the organization.
The Society of Nigerian Broadcasters focused on the training and retraining of media practitioners across the country and to also give them job opportunities across the globe.
As the induction period of members of the organization draws near, the excos call on all members of the Newsroom, Programmes and Engineering Departments as a matter of urgency should try to register with the organization so as to reap the benefits.
The members of the organization resolved to pay a courtesy call on all media chiefs in the state intimating them on the activities of the organization at the state level.
