Federal Roads Safety Corp in Adamawa State has handed over a tricycle that was stolen for over two years ago to the owner in Yola South local government area.
The sector commander, Corp commander Yelwa Dauda Dio handed over the vehicle at the headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Corp in Yola.
While performing the symbolic handing over the key of the tricycle, the corp commander Yelwa Dauda Dio said the federal roads safety Corp would not rest on its oars in its operations.
Commander Yelwa Dauda Dio noted that the vehicle was arrested by the combined operative of the security formations and handed over to the corp seven months ago.
He therefore advised operators of the Keke NAPEP to always obey the operatives of the security personnel for the safety of their business.
Responding, the owner of the tricycle, Abduljabar Ibrahim commanded the federal roads safety Corp, adding that he had already lost hope of intercepting his tricycle.
For this, Abduljabar Ibrahim narrated that the culprits took advantage of the driver and snatch tricycle for over two years ago.
Also, the chairman Tricycle Association of Yola North, Sagiru Abdulhadi hailed the operation of the federal roads safety Corp and other security formations that led to the arrest of the vehicle.
The sector commander also informed that the culprit is now under the custody of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency in Adamawa State.
