Senator Binos Dauda Yaroe’s Medical Intervention reaches Lamurde

Sixty four Thousand people from 8 local government areas of the southern zone in Adamawa has so far benefited  from the outreaches organized by Sen.Binos Dauda Yaroe  with Lamurde as last beneficiary of the outreach.

The chief consultant for the outreach Dr. Dah Telemoh  made this  known at the flagging off ceremony of the exercise in Lamurde which bring the numbers of local governments that  have so far benefited from this gestures to all the nine local governments in Adamawa south.

Dr dah said during the outreach they will treat various ailments and medical cases  like malaria , phenomena and bilharzia and Hynea been the local government with water  running around farmers and fishing community among others diseases.

He further  added that, they are  expected to treat  between 5000 to 6000  people with about 300 beneficiaries expected to undergoes surgeries among other areas of health challenges which includes dental cases, eyes problems,,gynaecological challenges among many other health issues.

Speaking during the event senator Binos Dauda Yaroe said  that his interventions in the health sector  started in Demsa in August 2019, and it went through all the nine local governments in his senatorial district which have so far benefited from the exercise stressing that, he feel fulfilled going by the impacts the interventions have made in the lives of the constituents.

He added that the impact of the outreach and that of the mobile Hospital will not be quantified in monetary terms noting that what is most important to him is the numbers of lives  save through these interventions without recourse to ethnic and religion considerations.

Senator Yaroe said another outreach will be conducted soon for all the nine local governments in the southern zone to serve as a grand finale  for the project where an estimate of 8 thousands people will get free medical attention.

In his remark, the executive secretary primary health care agency of Lamurde Hard Iko stressed some of the challenges faced by the centre to includes  lack of ambulance, X-ray machines ,anti snake venom drugs for treating communities in riverine areas and inadequate drugs in the facilities calling on the senator to come to their  aid.

In their  goodwill messages, the Hama  Bachama ,Dr,Daniel ismaila shagah ,the state party Chairman PDP AT Shehu and the chairman Lamurde local government commended  Binos Yaroe for reaching out to the people in the zone especially in the health sector as it will go along way in reducing the hardship faced by the people of the area.
