Adamawa State Governor, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has conveyed heartfelt greetings to the Muslim Ummah in Adamawa State and throughout Nigeria as they celebrate Eid-el-Kabir.
In his message, Governor Fintiri urged the faithful to embody the principles of sacrifice, obedience, and righteousness demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail. He expressed hopes for Allah’s blessings on the Muslim community and emphasized the importance of compassion, generosity, and forgiveness during this festive period.
Amid the nation’s current challenges, Governor Fintiri called on citizens to remain hopeful and united. “Let us draw strength from our diversity and our shared humanity. Let us work together to build a brighter future for all. Eid-el-Kabir reminds us that with faith, perseverance, and sacrifice, we can overcome even the most daunting challenges,” he said.
The Governor extended his best wishes for a joyous and peaceful Eid-el-Kabir and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to fostering peace, unity, and prosperity for all residents of Adamawa State.
