A Security Expert in Yola, the Adamawa State Capital has commended the central Bank of Nigeria CBN on it plan to redesign some naira notes, describing it as a good step in the right direction.
The Vice President of Safety and security System Management at American University of Nigeria AUN Dr Lionel VON FREDERICK RAWLINS Made the commendation in an exclusive interview with NAS FM NEWS Reporter Usman Mohammed Jimeta.
According to him, the planned redesign of some naira note is good for the country, explaining that it will help in curbing the security challenges confronting the country, especially banditry and kidnapping would reduce drastically.
DR RAWLINS who called on government to try as much as possible to provide logistics for the security agencies to carry out their duty without hinderance, equally advice the general public to report any suspicious person or movement to the nearest security agencies.
