M/Belwa,Adamawa:Consensus was arrived at the PDP Councillorship primary election

Peoples Democratic Party Councillorship candidate emerged through concensus in Tola ward of Mayo Belwa local government, Adamawa state.

The consensus was reached shortly before the commencement of the primaries.

 

Nas FM learned that youths and delegates at the ward came out and supported the peaceful process.

The returning officer for Tola ward Councillorship primaries Jonathan John declared Abu Sufyan Hammajoda of Fada unit as the flag bearer of PDP.

Before the concensus,among the contestants Nakumsemi Cable was disqualified for falsification of documents while Titus Inuwa step down for Abu Sufyan Hammajoda.

 

Abu Sufyan Hammajoda who emerged winner thanked Mr.Titus Inuwa and the entire people of Tola ward for the confidence reposed in him.

With the conclusion of the Councillorship primaries the party now face the APC opponents  at the upcoming general election for the twenty one local government’s of Adamawa state.
