Committee of Hospital Paupers Fund at the federal Medical Centre Yola, expressed commitment to help indigenes patients on various ailments in Adamawa State.

In a courtesy call to NASFM Radio Station, the chairman of Hospital Paupers Fund, Alhaji Iya Abubakar Usman intimated the management over decision to help the indigenes patients who cannot cater for their bills.
According to him, the welfare committee has been set-up to ascertain the level of the ailments with a view for intervention by fund.
The chairman of the humanitarian associate emphasized that cancer treatment and other cosmetics diseases would not be part of the assistant by the Hospital Paupers fund at the hospital.
He noted that the committee had so far treat more than one thousand patients at the sum of over thirty million naira, hence the need for partnership with philanthropies to complement their effort.
Responding, the general manager of NASFM Alhaji Musa Waziri Hardawa assured the Hospital Paupers Fund, a humanitarian organization partnership on news and programming of the station.
At the end of the visit, the committee noted that such a humanitarian organization would not succeed without partnership and support from the media on publicity and enlightenment exercise.
