Police Public Relations Officer of Adamawa State Police Command has reported the death of six persons as a result of losing control of a tipper driver along Vunoklang Junction in Girei local government area in the morning hours of Wednesday.
SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje make the confirmation as a result of preliminary investigation carried out the Police at the scene of the incident.
He reported that many have injured being receiving treatment at the specialist hospital Yola.
According to the tipper driver is now in the custody of security operatives for his action that led to the death of the victims.
